WHEN ORDERING BE SURE TO LOOK AT CHART TO ORDER YOUR CORRECT SIZE

•   Need to size up two sizes for a loose fit

• Make sure use butcher paper on your heat press pad, in-between front and back of the shirt, and on top of your design to protect the heat plate of your heat press.
• A heading pad/pillow is recommended for inside the shirt, under the white part only (this lifts the white part, so you don't have discoloration on the color part)
• Press designs for 60 seconds at 385 to 400 degree
